Home and reports

iOS / Android

HR shortcuts appear at the top of Home; other product groups can be expanded. A report started from an order shows its assigned customer.

Step by step

  1. Open Home
  2. Expand the product group

Time and schedule in the app

iOS / Android

Android shows the days and messages behind the monthly deviation count. On iOS, My schedule opens at today; for a missing clock entry, check its type and time before sending. A scheduled start that has already passed may be suggested.

Step by step

  1. Open the month or My schedule
  2. Check the details

Absence details and reapplying

iOS / Android

On iOS, tap an absence to open its details. A rejected request can be reopened with its previous entries, edited and submitted. New requests appear at the top. Date changes apply immediately. The list shows submission time and decision maker when available; this does not allow employees to cancel an approved absence themselves.

Step by step

  1. Tap the absence
  2. If rejected: Apply again
  3. Review and send

Team requests and terminal

iOS / Android

My team links to the central list of requests awaiting a decision. On Android terminals, name letters are visible without a separate scroll area; kiosk guidance is grouped with setup.

Step by step

  1. Open My team
  2. Open requests awaiting a decision

Access your personnel file

HR | base

My account and My details offer a direct link with existing person-read permission. Authorised accounts without a linked person also get the existing creation path under My details.

Step by step

  1. Open the page indicated above.
  2. My account and My details offer a direct link with existing person-read permission.

My tasks – all apps

My tasks – all apps (in the menu of every app)

Shows your open tasks from all apps in one place: your own and delegated tasks, items from joining and leaving checklists, QMS actions and required reading, and Docu, Sales and Finance tasks. You filter, tick off and create new tasks. Business tasks and checklist items share a total counter. Filters apply to both. On Start, the task total opens your task list. An app’s task counts open the list filtered by app; overdue tasks also apply the due-date filter. Other status counts open their relevant lists according to your permissions. The approval count opens the relevant list for a single type, or the approval overview on Start for multiple types.

Step by step

  1. In any app, open “My tasks – all apps”.
  2. Narrow down with the filters “All open”, “Due”, “Overdue” or “Delegated by me” and by app; “Reset all filters” shows everything again.
  3. Open a task or tick it off with “Done”; HR checklist items are grouped by due date.
  4. At the bottom, under “New task”, enter the title, the responsible person or role and optionally the due date, then choose “Create task”.
  5. Expand completed HR checklist items from the last 30 days under “Completed HR checklist items”.
  6. In the user menu, “My account” and “My data” precede technical access information. In the personnel file, the person appears before the role filter; a fade at the tab edge indicates more sections. To assign work, search and choose the person in the same field; only a confirmed selection is assigned.
  7. HR decisions also appear here according to your permissions: absences, time corrections, expenses (also with HR without Finance), schedule, swap and replacement requests, references awaiting approval and your next appraisal step. Open the source page to decide. Expenses count only once. Open decisions are due; existing absence and correction overdue rules still apply.
  8. An empty filtered list states that no tasks match the filter. Reset filters to see other tasks again.

My documents

HR | base › Communication › My documents

Shows you payslips, contracts and other documents from HR as well as your own uploads such as medical certificates. You also see which documents HR is asking you for and upload these or your own documents.

Step by step

  1. Open “My documents” in the menu.
  2. Click a document to open it; where requested, click “Confirm as read”.
  3. For a request from HR, upload the requested document directly.
  4. Under “Upload a document”, choose what you are uploading (e.g. medical certificate), link the absence if needed, choose a file or take a photo and click “Upload”.

My reviews

HR | base › People › My reviews

Shows your own reviews (annual, probation period, leaving) with due date and status. Here you complete your self-assessment, read the manager assessment, minutes and agreed goals after the meeting, and confirm the meeting. The form shows open criteria and the last saved time. Leaving with unsaved changes requires confirmation. Saving a web draft checks and advances the revision. Another window with an older revision receives a conflict message instead of overwriting newer work.

Step by step

  1. Open “My reviews” in the menu and click the review in the list.
  2. Under “Self-assessment”, enter a rating and a justification for each criterion.
  3. Use “Save draft” to save incomplete answers. “Complete evaluation” requires a rating and justification for every criterion; open criteria are highlighted.
  4. After the meeting, read the minutes and goals under “Meeting and goals”.
  5. Use “Confirm meeting” to record your acknowledgement.

Announcements

HR | base › Communication › Announcements

Shows announcements from HR and your line manager under “For you”, with unread ones in bold and marked with a dot, also in the app. In an announcement you read the text, open attachments, confirm that you have read it, give feedback (👍 / 👎) or report your availability per day.

Step by step

  1. Open “Announcements” in the menu and click an announcement under “For you”.
  2. Open attachments by clicking the file name.
  3. If “Read confirmation requested” is shown, click “Confirm as read”; otherwise the announcement counts as read when you open it.
  4. For a feedback request, choose thumbs up or thumbs down under “Your feedback:”.
  5. For an availability request, choose ✓ (available), ◐ (partly, with a time from–to) or ✕ (not available) for each day under “Your availability” and click “Send availability”.

Surveys

HR | base › Communication › Surveys

Lists under “Awaiting your response” the running surveys you are invited to and have not yet answered, with the number of questions, whether anonymous or named, and the closing date. You answer the questions (scale 1–5, choice, multiple choice, free text, recommendation 0–10) and send them once.

Step by step

  1. Open “Surveys” in the menu and click a survey under “Awaiting your response”.
  2. Read the note on whether the survey is anonymous or named.
  3. Answer the questions; required questions are marked with *, the others with “(optional)”.
  4. Click “Send answers”.

My schedule

HR | base › Time › My plan

Shows your published shifts for the selected week, by people, day or work location. You confirm shifts, request a swap and record availability or preferences for planning.

Step by step

  1. Open My plan and choose the week with “← Previous week” or “Next week →”.
  2. Click a shift to see times, break, note, vehicle and required job title.
  3. Use “Confirm shift” to acknowledge the shift.
  4. Under “Request swap”, enter a “Reason” and click “Save”; planning decides.
  5. Under “Record availability or preference”, enter the period, type (“Available”, “Not available”, “Preference”) and a note, then click “Save”.
  6. Approved absences remove colleagues from “With …” without changing the saved assignment. Past days no longer offer confirmation or swap requests. The availability form is expanded and shows the result beside the form. The end date must not precede the start date.
  7. When you change the displayed week, new forms default to dates in that week.
  8. Below the plan, “My team this week” shows who in your department works when (published shifts only, no absence reasons); each shift lists “With …” and the colleagues on the same shift.
